I don't usually post reviews but Steven and Cam went above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I wanted a more reasonable payment, they modified everything they could within my parameters above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I had numerous questions, comments, and a few suggestions, they listened and happily obliged. But other than the lengths went to complete the sale (as that is ultimately the motivating factor), I am still receiving the same attentiveness to this day. I live many hours away from Moose Jaw and because of the continued loyalty I receive I make a trip out of returning to this dealership. This is my first ever review publicly thanking anyone for their dedication, but I want others to know the level of service they will be getting from Steven and Cam. I wasn't "sold" through stereotypical pushy sales tactics, I was sold through genuinely feeling like a valued customer still to this day. More

Don the finance guy yells at you on the phone when you are professional and question his lack of follow through on things he states in emails. I would definitely beware when dealing with them. The sales process was fine when I leased but since then the dealership has taken a downward turn since 2019. More

After receiving excellent service at the time of purchase, western dodge has reminded us why we have steered clear of them for many years. After a warranty issue on my jeep soft top, which only they could install for warranty reasons, they had my vehicle for two days and did nothing. Apparently the $4500 top didn’t come with installation hardware, so they just threw it in the back of my jeep and called it done. So after two days without my jeep, for absolutely no reason, I still don’t have a top. Absolutely no phone calls were made to let us know that there were any issues, and I was not informed in advance that the job was not completed. The after sales service is horrible, and we will travel to a different city to purchase another jeep in the near future. More

The hubby and I watched too much Yellowstone and had our eyes on one truck only. Steve WYNNYK went above and beyond for us and delivered the truck out of town to us, same day. Great vehicle inside and out didn’t didn’t have the bell I bought my first used vehicle from western dodge in 2017, it was a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Great vehicle inside and out didn’t didn’t have the bells and whistles I had wanted. Fast forward to one week ago, they called and offered me a newer van with a lot less km and all the bells and whistles. It sounded great so I was super excited. I have finally had the time to check it out and stuff and the van is the dirtiest van I have seen especially when getting it from a dealership. Food caked into the stow and go part, and animal hair. 3 stars for my previous van that was great, and the sales person was great. More
