Kinda disappointed I bought my first used vehicle from western dodge in 2017, it was a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Great vehicle inside and out didn’t didn’t have the bells and whistles I had wanted. Fast forward to one week ago, they called and offered me a newer van with a lot less km and all the bells and whistles. It sounded great so I was super excited. I have finally had the time to check it out and stuff and the van is the dirtiest van I have seen especially when getting it from a dealership. Food caked into the stow and go part, and animal hair. 3 stars for my previous van that was great, and the sales person was great. More

The only thing worse than their work is their service We got call backs several times stating it'd be a couple more weeks until they could look at our vehicle. After two months they finally got it in and We got call backs several times stating it'd be a couple more weeks until they could look at our vehicle. After two months they finally got it in and had it for three weeks; returning it untested and undrivable. Returning the vehicle for inspection and after several calls I asked to speak to a manager. I finally got a call from a non-manager several days later and was told nothing had been done and I would have to pay for everything. Speaking with the general manager I was met with insults and was even swore at. I will never buy from or have vehicles service at this company ever again. More
