Worst service ever I was told I would get help towing the car to the dealership with no charge after my vehicle had been serviced about a month ago. Aubrey at west side Acura was not very helpful very rude hit me with fees for the towing right after I had said I could get it cheaper elsewhere. I have been a long time customer with Acura and will never come back. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers. Worst service ever! I'll never come back to west side Acura. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even when I asked for the shuttle even though I was told anytime till 330 I requested 130 Aubrey said others were ahead I'd have to wait until 230. Not to mention when I had spoken to Aubrey about towing he never once mentioned any costs after I mentioned worst case scenario through AMA would be 140 even though I have a membership Monday morning comes and he says I have to pay 160 for towing. Which he should've mentioned sat. I don't recommend anyone see s Aubrey very rude and will make your service xxxx. More

Fantastic purchase experience! I just purchased an RDX from Jeff MA at west air Acura. It was not my original intent to buy a new car but rather have my existing RDX serviced but af I just purchased an RDX from Jeff MA at west air Acura. It was not my original intent to buy a new car but rather have my existing RDX serviced but after asking him a few questions and receiving straight forward and honest answers to my questions I was interested in a new purchase. I was also impressed with how Jeff negotiated with his manager to ensure I receiv s the best value for my trade in, this was ultimately the deal maker. Owing to Jeff and his manager’s straight forward bargaining and honest answers to all of my questions the deal was done in about 10 minutes! The deal then transitioned to the sales office where I was assisted by Sarah in negotiating the best financing deal available through their affiliates lenders. While Sarah was only one week in the sales office she was as professionally knowledgeable as she was exciting to work with. Her energy, smile and wit made the money side of the deal a oleasant experience vice the ordinary tiedious money side of a major purchase. In the end, the combined honesty, straightforward and professional service offered by Jeff, Sarah and their respective managers mad my choice to buy at West Side Acura a great experience! The service was hassle-free, and I felt like a VIP with my own personal staffed shop. So I came back again and again. (Yes the review is for sales, but the service is fantastic). The most recent service involved a minor issue that extended the service. And as I live out of town, they sent me home with a loaner 2017 RDX. For two weeks! Giving me a chance to live with this vehicle got me thinking about not waiting two years for my "used" 2017 technology. I will admit I was nervous when I called to ask about options and prices. I had always believed that buying a new car would involve being upsold and made to feel uncomfortable if I didn't play along. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Every question I had was answered honestly. The salesman was intent on getting me the value for my money and getting me into the right vehicle, with the right package. He also worked to get me the right price on my trade in, so I felt good about it. They made the deal work for me, as well as for West Side Acura. So now they are my seller of choice, not just service of choice. And I am over the fear of buying a new car! More

There was no pressure, just a knowledgeable and experienced approach. It's rare nowadays to find such quality service. Besides Victor is always there to assist with any question customer may have regarding car and its features. Will see how the service and parts department will operate in due time, but I am confident in my Sales guy. I would highly recommend Victor for anybody who is on the market for Acura vehicle. More
