Amazing Car, Amazing People I had the best service from Nissan here. I have been a Pathfinder owner for 2 years and I needed 2 software updates that the 2017 Platinum had. I know I had the best service from Nissan here. I have been a Pathfinder owner for 2 years and I needed 2 software updates that the 2017 Platinum had. I know everything there is to know about this vehicle and presented that to some other dealerships in Edmonton. One didn't want my business because they didn’t return my call and another treated me like I was an uneducated buyer. I contacted Brian at West End Nissan and told him of my experience with the other dealerships and informed him of my knowledge of the vehicle that I wanted to buy. I said if the price is right I will be in to take one home. He put me in touch with Dave, the sales manager, and I went in that afternoon. Dave put me in touch with the friendliest and most respectful sales man I have ever met, Michael Carlson. He was funny, respectful and appreciated the fact that I knew more about some of the new features. He even had a few I wasn’t aware of… really … that shocked me. Within 1 hour we came to an agreement on price and when I said that I wanted an honest finance guy, he brought me to Jamaiz. I bounced around the dealership from one person to the next and even right over to the detailing guy who found the headphones for the entertainment system, they were all TOP NOTCH. I had issues with some features that I knew about but didn’t know how to use and they were all over it trying to help. I can’t write enough about my excellent experience there. If you want a good vehicle and good service and to be treated like your buying a 50k investment, go to WEST END NISSAN and tell them Tom sent you. More
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF I TRADED MY 2014 NISSAN VERSA NOTE FOR A 2016 ALTIMA. MICHAEL CARLSON WAS MY SALES PERSON AND HE WAS VERY FREINLY BUT MISLEADING AS HE TOLD ME THAT TH I TRADED MY 2014 NISSAN VERSA NOTE FOR A 2016 ALTIMA. MICHAEL CARLSON WAS MY SALES PERSON AND HE WAS VERY FREINLY BUT MISLEADING AS HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR HAD REMOTE START AND SATALITE RADIO BUT IT DOESN'T AND WHEN I MENTIONED THIS HE SAID IT MUST HAVE BEEN ON THE OTHER MODEL (NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR). ALSO HE LOST MY SECOND FOB AND IT TOOK MORE THAN A WEEK TO CONNECT WITH HIM TO GET IT AND I HAD ASKED FOR A WINTER TIRE PKG BUT HE NEVER GOT BACK WITH A PRICE BUT SAID HE WOULD TALK TO ME WEHN I COME IN FOR MY FIRST SERVICE AGAIN NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT THIS CAR DIDN'T HAVE REMOTE START I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT. I THINK THEY SHOULD PUT ONE IN AT NO CHARGE TO ME. More

A Very Good Experience Michael was very helpful and friendly while assisting us in buying a used Murano. He did not show us vehicles that were above our budget unless there was room for negotiation that would bring the price to our level. We did not feel pressured into getting something more expensive. The only hiccup we had was when we went to pick up the vehicle. There must have been a miscommunication between Sales and Finance as the paperwork wasn't ready when we got there. Our appointment was for 11:00 AM and it was 1:00 PM by the time we drove off the lot with the vehicle. We spent a good 1 1/2 hours with Finance waiting for the paperwork to be finalized. More

Exceptional buying and service experience My experience in buying a new Murano at the West End Nissan was very positive. Jeremiah was our salesperson and Andrew his manager. My daughter's boy My experience in buying a new Murano at the West End Nissan was very positive. Jeremiah was our salesperson and Andrew his manager. My daughter's boyfriend had researched extensively the new Murano and bought one from Jeremiah and Andrew before I took one for a test drive. Both young men were helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with. The true test of customer service came after I had my vehicle. My first errand in my car resulted in a very unfortunate and stressful incident of a large wine bottle coming loose from where I had packed it in the trunk and breaking. After the initial clean up, we phoned Jeremiah who told us to bring in the car and they would provide me with a loaner and clean it without charge. Both Jeremiah and Andrew were lovely, reassuring and going out of their way to make this unfortunate incident much less stressful. They detailed the car and it is brand new and smelling great again. I cannot say enough about the service I received from these young men and Nissan. I love the car and am really enjoying driving it, as is my daughter's boyfriend. Thank you Jeremiah and Andrew! More

Our salesman Michael Carlson was (is) fantastic We had such a great rapport. We did a test drive with him and our interest was peeked when he knew so much about Nissan and these cars. Michael loves to please and he is such a pleasure to deal with. We signed up for the new Platinum with it's many options and a few extras. He took so much time with us, cause I had lots of silly questions, and I never felt any pressure from him. We will definitely deal with him again and recommend Michael Carlson to everyone who will listen..... This was our first time there but I hear that the service is GREAT. More
