I was extremely disappointed this morning. I took my 2010 Tacoma in for just an oil change. Upon reclaiming my truck an hour later I was told that all my current tires tread depths were measured to 4/32s. Sh Tacoma in for just an oil change. Upon reclaiming my truck an hour later I was told that all my current tires tread depths were measured to 4/32s. She then told me they all should be replaced. I was surprised and shocked to hear this unsettling news but thanked the woman at checkout and simply paid my servicing bill. I then immediately drove directly to a tire shop to inquire about getting replacements and was subsequently intending on picking out a good quality set cause I wasn’t gonna mess around at this stage. The tire sales tech at NBT actually went out to the parking lot and checked the tire depths on all 4 of my tires. He told me they were all sitting around the 8/32s tread life left mark I feel kinda lied to by the WEM Toyota service tech on this one. Needless to say I’ll return to NBT at a later date.
