Excellent customer Service by DEE I asked Dee if the car was washed as promised.. Dee said yes. Dee gave the key to me and when I went out, it was obviously not washed. I came back ins I asked Dee if the car was washed as promised.. Dee said yes. Dee gave the key to me and when I went out, it was obviously not washed. I came back inside and told Dee that the car wasn't washed. She came with me outside and checked. She then saw it. She apologized to me and ask the key back and said.. I will washed it myself... sorry. I think Dee went the extra mile to do it right and make it right for the customer! Kudos to Dee!! More
Excellent Service Work I brought in an SUV for service that was not from Toyota.
