He explained very well for the new 2018 RAV4 and both new 2017 &2018 Sienna and what are the differences of both 2017 & 2018 Sienna and their availability. My wife was away in Philippines; he was patiently allowed me to consult with her. His clear explanation make me very easy to decide to purchase 2018 RAV4. I would like to specially mention about Mike's services. My wife and I owned many Toyota products from 3 Toyota dealerships in Edmonton and including this time, 3 times are from Mayfield Toyota; this time on January 31, 2018, it is the first time, Mike patiently sit down with me inside my new RAV4 in warm & comfortable Mayfield delivery area and explained clearly all the features in the 2018 RAV4. He even programs in several telephone #s in our RAV4 and shows me how to do it. Now, I know that I am able to receive and to phone out from RAV4. Thanks Mike for your excellent services! More

Cold Winter With No Block Heater We bought a new 2017 Rav 4 in October. We were informed at that time that the cords on the block heaters had safety issues and may be available in a We bought a new 2017 Rav 4 in October. We were informed at that time that the cords on the block heaters had safety issues and may be available in a few months. We were under the impression that the heater would be available in Nov or Dec 2017. I called in Jan 2018 to check on the status and was told possibly in a few weeks. I called Toyota Canada on Feb 6 to see if they would have any answers, they did not know the status and told me to call Mayfield Toyota. I spoke with the service manager Chris and he said it was Toyota Canada's fault. Is know one taking responsibility! This is the usual run around for the customer! Mayfield has not offered any goodwill regarding this issue, they will sell the car but the customer is affected negatively. Really disappointed and frustrated with the issue. the manager mention the heater might be ready in March but unfortunately the cold winter is over. More

I was the one bringing the Venza for service as we live two hours West and the utmost care and concern when dealing with any problems over and above the dated service Mayfield does a great job of remembering that we do live a distance away and take that into consideration. The fellow that helps in anyway possible at the coffee bar at 7:00Am Friday morning is awesome. More
Ordering a new Sienna 2018 and the unclear colours Mayfield Toyota has been a great dealership for us and we have become loyal customers after a great experience with our first Sienna. Ordering this Sienna was an adventure and one that had an odd surprise attached to it once we got our new car. We ordered our car with Bill Werbeniuk, who we can only recommend wholeheartedly. When ordering our new Sienna, we used the ordering software for dealers since there was no information on the van on the website. The outside colour had a very fancy name attached to "red" and it took us a while to find a representation on a colour card Bill had. As a note - it isn't easy to picture the colour of a minivan based on a tiny card. The interior colour of the leather seats was listed as "grey/black". We wanted black leather seats and ordered them as such. When we got the car, we were more than surprised (and disappointed) to find a very light grey seat color. Apparently this is the only colour the seats come in, which we did not understand from the ordering website nor did Bill. The Sienna is leased for three years and I did not like the idea of having the car for that period of time in a colour which was not what we envisioned. The sales manager himself. Pasquale Tisi, offered to guarantee we will be let out of our contract after two years without penalty. This is great and fits into why we like the dealership so much. So while we are not completely happy with Toyota, we are happy with the dealership. More
