Had a great experience with my new purchase of a 2020 86. Jason was one of the 3 Edmonton Toyota reps that responded when I sent a mass email to all Edmonton area Toyota dealerships. Of the 3 that responded. Jason was one of the 3 Edmonton Toyota reps that responded when I sent a mass email to all Edmonton area Toyota dealerships. Of the 3 that responded. Jason was the most straightforward and sent me a detailed quote with all the price breakdown right off the bat. Another rep was not able to beat Jason's offer and the third one from Gateway never sent a detailed price breakdown despite my repeated requests until I have already put down a deposit with Mayfield. Because of the social distancing requirements. All my dealings were via email. Jason was very prompt in answering my questions and was able to apply promotions that were announced before my day of delivery. Jason was also able to connect me with the parts manager Justin who was also very pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile to search up numerous vin codes to try to unlock the pricing information for a set of wheels I was looking for. Didn't work out but he was able to give me a good deal on a set of similar wheels. Day of delivery was smooth. Was finally able to meet Jason face to face and he was friendly and answered all my questions. Tracy in finance was very friendly to deal with and got my paperwork all sorted and ready for me to take ownership. Overall had an excellent experience.
