He was able to custom order us our vehicle and even redirected one that was heading to a different dealership so we got it earlier than expected. He was upfront and honest about price and timelines. He was flexible and very quick to respond. He knew everything and more about the vehicles Toyota had to offer. And most importantly he was a joy to deal with.
