I lived in Cochrane and my wife and I took the bus to Edmonton and when I gave my itinerary details to Jason, he arranged a pick up from the bus station from Edmonton to their dealership. Before I signed the final documents, I have noticed a slight difference with what we have agreed and Jason immediately fixed it and admitted that it was a confusion on their end.
