Bad attitudes when you call in and I had to get my radiator replaced which took them 3 visits to figure out and I was nearly stranded during that time with how the vehicle was running. Don't ever buy a Kona, it's a piece of crap!! More

I bought a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from West Edmonton Hyundai. I got a pretty good deal, so I bought a 2012 as well. Since then I’ve consistently recommended this dealership to friends and family. I’ve probably helped them sell another 8 – 10 cars over the years. The service department is solid and won’t nickel and dime you over minor things. Jeff is fantastic and always works hard to ensure the service customers are taken care of. I’ll say that entire service department works hard and I’ve never been disappointed. Can’t wait for their renovations to the building to be complete. It’ll look fantastic. I’d honestly buy an Ioniq5 from these guys tomorrow. Unfortunately, my wife and I didn’t find the seat comfortable. We chose the ID4 but the local VW dealerships haven’t been good to deal with. I’m sort of stuck no…I may ask the West Edmonton Hyundai team to call me if they get an ID4 on trade, or perhaps I’ll expand my search to Red Deer or Calgary for a decent VW dealership… More

Customer service in the service Dept is horrible. I was stranded in their lot right beside the service entrance. My new 2023 Hyundai was inoperable, could not shift gears. After talking to 4 different people had to resort to talk to the manager Dan Coss who was not much better, told me he didn't have to give me his last name. No name tag or jacket to advice you of who works there and that was not good as well. I sent 2 emails to the General Manager Steph Shek and I did receive better feed back. At that Steph did not offer anything like a vehicle while I was waiting. My car was at this dealership from Tues February 18 and not ready for pick up until February 28, 2025. They did not offer any assistance for me at all for a ride or a vehicle. They made no effort to keep me informed until I complained to the upper management. The fellow that took my information got sick. So all my texts to him were unanswered. After complaining to upper management all about the length of time and all that the Gen Manager said was did you have an appointment? So I am guessing that she did not read my emails properly. More

Tried to sell me a hyundai venue essential with total price of 34000 cad even with a 5000cad downpayment on a 60 month term. The MSRP for the said vehicle is 23778cad with freight and levies included. Co price of 34000 cad even with a 5000cad downpayment on a 60 month term. Computation was shown to me on a piece of paper and was handwritten by the manager with no comprehensive breakdown of fees whatsoever. The offer was 50% higher than the MSRP and was told that the interest rate was @ 5.49%apr. Would probably take my business elsewhere. More
