This dealership is total crap. Please be wary of getting especially a used car there. After I got a Kia Sedona 2016 SXL, I discovered the backup camera was not working. One of the sales supervisors lied that it was a dummy camera fixed on the car even though the backup camera was mentioned as part of the car's fearures during the inspection. I had to take the car to a KIA dealership and discovered that the camera just to be fixed which I did at my cost. I got two reminder calls yesterday, after setting up an appointment to get a new keyfob programmed, only for me to get here and be told that it could not be done. The communication chain there is completely broken and service delivery is so poor. The customer service guy I spoke with this morning was so placid and unempathetic at all. I've had one issue or the other to deal with since I got this car from them and it's been a journey of pain. Please avoid them if you can. More
Stole thousands of dollars off me saying they will apply all this protection package items. I only received the 3M because it's visible. Absolute the most unhelpful congregation of humans I have ever encountered. Couldn't get my down-payment fast enough, and offered zero service from the minute the check was cashed. I have been trying to get a windshield replacement; which is paid for multiple times over through the protection packages I paid for on the vehicle, for over 4 and a half months. Every person I talk to promises to follow up promptly and then does nothing. Everytime I call, text, or email; I start this process from scratch. I have stated several times I would rather someone do thier job, than waste my time writing reviews like this one. Do not buy a vehicle here. Everytime i get an oil change, i leave miaaing bolta from my skid plate. And these are only half of my complaints. Do not buy a vehicle here. Do not let someone you love, someone you know, or even someone you hate, buy a vehicle here. This is my third, and definitively last hyundai. Fml. More

Be wary of using this dealership for anything, but specifically for SERVICE. Incredibly UNRELIABLE and DISMISSIVE, they will not properly diagnose your vehicles issues, provide no loaner vehicles and specifically for SERVICE. When your vehicle is left at the dealership they will expect you to PAY for a rental. Disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. The only positive reviews left for this place are people excited with a brand new-to-them vehicle….. just wait until you have your first post purchase experience. DO NOT GO HERE. More

The c Please avoid. I ordered and paid a deposit on a Hyundai Tuscon Plug-in Hybrid SUV at this location in September 2021. I'm a serious cash buyer. The car was supposed to be delivered in 4 months (January 2022). In May 2022, I got a call from the dealer that the vehicle was delayed, which was understandable due to various shortages. I informed them that it is okay, but do not deliver the car in summer as I’m not going to be in Edmonton (long postponed family holidays). Of course my car was delivered in summer and the dealer cancelled my order via e-mail in August 2022, without prior warning, stating that they do not have where to store the car till my return. I was earlier informed that the price went up and likely the car was sold to another customer for much more (awful profiteering). Over that year I have dealt with multiple stuff at this dealership - no one seems to knew what was happening or was at the top of my order. I was waiting for my deposit return for over 2 months, so they had no problem holding onto that. Basically a wasted year. Perhaps Hyundai improved their cars, but customer service is just terrible. My advice - go to Toyota, get yourself a good car and professionals to work with. More
