I knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership and was approached by Alan. I found him to be friendly without being in your face. I was after the new Santa fe XL which wasn't available yet and Alan was approached by Alan. I found him to be friendly without being in your face. As soon as the dealership received their first 7 seater Alan called and I was able to see it first hand. I wanted some different seating in the SUV and Alan was able to find out when one might arrive for me to veiw. Excessive time spent with the front end sales guy who tried every possible way to ingratiate himself to me, but unfortunately by going so personal he ended up deeply offending me. Of course I didn't say anything But the real horror is the sales manager, Willie something-or-other. I lost track of the number of times he outright lied to me. To list a few: fake installation charges for factory installed options for which he refused to produce an invoice "I don't need to do that!" he said; claimed the 3M coating cost $1000 for the car, when it retails for $50 online; tried selling me a demo, insisting that it is the same as a brand new car; claimed that the invoice price obtained from reputable online website was not the real price....on and on and on...I lost track of the all of the lies. More
