I had the tiniest little dent on the side of my car that I didn't even notice myself which he pointed out to me. I was only able to see it in with the perfect lighting with him pointing at it. He ensured a dent guy would come to my work the next day to fix this for me. The next day the dent guy arrived at my work and fixed it within 2 minutes (he was also a really nice guy!). Alan went over every single feature on the car to ensure that I was comfortable with all aspects of it. I highly recommend Alan to anyone who is looking for a new car. Start to finish IT was a really great experience and I never felt unsure about anything. Everyone else I spoke with at the dealership was also great to deal with. More
