I used to sell cars, Hyundai's actually, so when walking into West Edmonton Hyundai to purchase my first new vehicle I knew what to look for in a sale I used to sell cars, Hyundai's actually, so when walking into West Edmonton Hyundai to purchase my first new vehicle I knew what to look for in a sales team. The entire experience at WEH was positive and joyful. They treated me like a queen. Gabriel was my salesman and he was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and we shared the same sense of humour. There were many laughs over the course of the deal! I always used to say buying a car should be fun and Gabriel really puts the Fyun in Fyundai. (Sorry, I like bad jokes, and yes it is pronounced Hun-day, like sun-day.) My negotiation style is quite aggressive and they were excellent in meeting my expectations. Basically, they gave me a fantastic deal! As a woman alone buying a car I have to mention I was treated with utmost respect. I wanted a new hatchback and had looked at a lot of different makes but nothing really fit the whole list of requirements for me; there was always some major compromise I was not comfortable with. When the 2018 Elentra GT arrived I was drawn to its good looks and impressed by the extensive list of standard features in the base model. I have a lot of strong preferences for selecting my cars and this model had what I wanted and also did not have what I did not want. This was the overall best fit for me. This is a really nice and practical car! My rather technical questions were thoroughly addressed by Alberto, a genuine car enthusiast who understood my specific concerns. My main contact, however, was Rosie, a very energetic and personable young lady who, altho fairly new to this dealership, is very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed and that I would be comfortable with my selection. The car's various features and options were well explained and demonstrated and she helped me align my requirements with the various models and trim levels available. When I was fairly certain what I wanted we got the paperwork ready and I put a deposit to hold the deal while I took a few days to mull it over. When I was ready to make my purchase Vince took care of the financial details and explained everything very well. I was quite comfortable with the transaction. Kumar finalized everything when I came back to pick up the car and Rosie made sure every detail was taken care of and to my liking. I'm not sure which managers were involved in the process but everyone I dealt with from reception to the service advisors were friendly and helpful. I feel quite content with my purchase. I like the new car and I got a very good value from my trade-in. I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership or the sales staff I worked with. You can tell them the garlic-guy recommended them. :) More
