By far, the worst service department anyone should deal with This is the worst service centre to deal with. They mess something or the other up with each visit. First Class Still impressed and happy with dealership and specifically Alan Sugiyama. We have a 2014 Santa Fe Sport turbo. Vehicle is running perfectly. Partly because of the great service department and part because of Alan. He calls us semi frequently to stay in touch as to the vehicle and our satisfaction. The service department updates us on our device while Alan keeps in touch on warranty issues. I have also mentioned to Alan to keep us in the loop on any possible vehicles on which we may want to upgrade to. Once I convince my wife, I will be back to buy another vehicle from Alan. More
