However, banks are not huge fans for relieving approvals for these people (Like me). I had an approval for one particular car I was excited to invest in before I visited this West side Hyundai dealer. As I waited, and before the approval came from the BMW dealership I decided to go out and continue my search for another sedan. I walked down the side of the highway praying for hours while passing by each financial worker hiding in their dealership. It's not that they were, in any way, rude or judgmental when I had seen them the previous hour but none of them seemed to have the double edge talent it took to help me and prepare me for my future. West Edmonton Hyundai was the last stop, and I walked through the doors half cold. I was shown a car by a salesmen, and after we looked at everything I told him it was the car I wished I could have for Christmas. Then he ran the numbers by me... ….I didn't know what I was going to do once the BMW dealership told me they had obtained an approval for the vehicle I had once "longed for" except pray and hope I didn't have to take it. I asked Jesus Christ if I could have one last option, " A Chevrolet (2014) LT Holden Cruze?" Ray Tarrabain had been the answer to my prayers, and I hope I am able to thank him by the burden he saved me from, but I know that might not be possible. Mr. Tarrabain miraculously persuaded the Toronto Dominion banks and successfully prepared my seat for me in this sexy new car! I don't know how to explain the skill, bravery, and talent it surely took to convince Toronto Dominion. Heart is the only thing in which comes to mind. I asked and hoped pour le best de le best. Car not serviced until I followed up I have been a customer there for many years but considering a different provider for my next purchase.Took my car for service today (Saturday June 16t I have been a customer there for many years but considering a different provider for my next purchase.Took my car for service today (Saturday June 16th 2018) at 9.30 AM.The advisor informed me that the service would take 1.5 hours.I was dropped off at my address.I called back to follow up at 1.30PM( 4 hours later) and was told it has not even gone into service.Apparently they give priority to people who wait.What a rediculous and lousy service...why book in the first place if they will not prioritize the car that comes in first.That is poor customer sevice. More

Absolutely wonderful experience!!!! Not having purchased a new vehicle for 14 years this experience was a lot more comfortable than we had anticipated. NO pressure at all which we liked. Alan Sugiyama (Sales) knew the vehicle inside and out, and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. AND he took the time we needed to be comfortable about driving it off the lot the day we picked it up. Ray Tarrabain (finance) made the payment easy and explained the warranty as well and gave us ample opportunity to ask questions. We were introduced to the Service area so we know who to call/see for making appointments. This was a nice touch. We look forward to a continuing relationship with West Edmonton Hyundai. More

After he picked it up and came home he mentioned that the detailing wasn't very good as there were a couple issues. he now has had it back and not any better and was told it isn't a life or death issue. So i'm glad its not as they have lost at least 1 sale as we were looking at buying there due to the sales team but not now and will be passing that to all are friends and work antiquates. So sad with such a great sales staff and once sale is done who cares.. More

Not only is the service department magnificent, we know that from previous cars that have been serviced there, but Josh (Sales) and Ocean (Salesmanager) were amazing to deal with. We got a great deal. They were professional, courteous, and not aggressive. We have purchased enough cars to recognize aggressive salesman or the years and they were quite wonderful to deal with. After the deal closed there was one minor hiccup which Ocean handled immediately. He made us feel respected and that our business was appreciated. They’ve made sure that we’ve been happy both while we were at the dealership and after. We are not employees of West Edmonton Hyundai, just repeat customers. Happy repeat customers we should say. More
