Cares for my family safety. I live up in Fort McMurray and own a Santa Fe sport which I purchased from West Edmonton Hyundai. my electrical system started giving me problems mak I live up in Fort McMurray and own a Santa Fe sport which I purchased from West Edmonton Hyundai. my electrical system started giving me problems making it unsafe to drive, this being the only car I own due to me going to work by bus every day my wife had no way of getting round to work and my 2 kids could not get to any of their after school activities. Now before you make a call you feel that you may need to put up I fight to get service from the dealer but this was by far not the case with 'West Ed Hyundai' I called in the problem and was helped by Bonnie Bruvold diagnostics were arranged for the car in Fort Mac once done they found that the car needs to be taken to the dealer for further fault finding so at this point you think that it may be a struggle but not so, Bonnie arranged a rental which I was able to pick up in town after work and still in time for my 10 year old daughter to make her violin practice. first thing is that I can truly say that the extended warranty that I took is truly honored by my dealership and the way they handled my case too this point is amazing. I am sure that when the car gets to Edmonton which they are completely arranging they will find the problem and fix it. HORRIBLE FROM SALES TO SERVICE I purchased my first Hyundai in 2014 from West Edmonton Hyundai and though the sales experience wasn't the best, I completed the sale knowing I would I purchased my first Hyundai in 2014 from West Edmonton Hyundai and though the sales experience wasn't the best, I completed the sale knowing I would not have to deal with them again. Dealing with the service manager was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! She refused to repair items covered under warranty for the simple reason that she could not repeat the issue when the vehicle was in the shop, even though I was able to provide video footage of the issue as it occurred and informed her it only occurred intermittently. She could have cared less. When I purchased by 2016 Hyndai I gave this dealer another change but the salesman I dealt with was so hard to work with that I took my business to North Edmonton Hyundai. I will never deal with this dealership again. More
