Not a good service pls take time to read I called in to book an appointment July 16 around 4:29 the reason of my appointment is to change oil and to change the tire to make it clear as possib I called in to book an appointment July 16 around 4:29 the reason of my appointment is to change oil and to change the tire to make it clear as possible I ask the lady how much for the tire she told me the same thing that the mechanics put on my recent visit 220 including labor mechanics put a note that I need to change the tire because there's a wall damage already because I ran flat the car but that time I told them I don't have enough money to change the tire I'll do it when I have money so as I said I book an appointment July 16 and the lady told me it's 220 with the labor to make it sure after I hung up the phone I called in again to ask her of my appointment I ask her is it for the change oil and tire change? she said yes so I waited for my appointment. now Friday came where my appointment is when I came to the service department the lady i think her name is Tina called me if she may help me i said yes i have an appointment at 1:30 so she help me but before it start i make it sure i ask her the same question that i ask the booking appointment I said is it for change oil and tire change? She said yes so I thought she understand me already she said we will call you when it's done so I ask for a shuttle because my wife and my son is with me at 4pm the driver of the shuttle called me he said my car not yet done but almost done in 20 minutes but need to pick us up. so when we arrived at the service desk Tina who helped me said the car is almost done they just cleaning it up which I don't think we need it that time because going to rain and the hail also poured out Tina said I can do the paper works for you while waiting for your car she said 407 I have a confusion but I pay it anyway but I ask why it becomes 407 supposed to be I'm going to pay 220 I ask her did the tire change she said no they do tire rotation I said that's not what I want I want to change the tire because where going to BC the following day that's why I want my tire change she said oh it's my bad I thought you said tire rotation I said no I ask you when I came in she said ok where going to fix it I'm so upset because I thought everything is fine and she understand what I want and yet everything go worse because I have only 220 budget now I need to pay 407 plus the tire change for 218 its ridiculous now after the tire was done they ask me to pay the tire change i said i don't have money anymore even the budget for BC i already pay remember i need to pay 220 for tire change but ended up paying 407 they tried to ask me to pay or they will not release the car honestly I don't have enough money that's why before we come when I book an appointment I already ask how much so that when we come to the service we have budget for that and you know Tina even ask me do you want me to take off the tire? WOW as in WOW what a service in the first place it's not my MISTAKE its her MISTAKE she don't listen carefully now to cover up her mistake she said it's in the contract that every 25 kl need maintenance yes I know that but I came in not for the maintenance it's for the tire change I told her I'm going to do it on my next visit it's only 23 plus not 25 yet. Now I ended up paying 407 for the maintenance and 218 for tire change so 600 dollars plus and because I don't have anymore money to pay them they put credit on my next visit that's ridiculous hope you read this letter hope you understand our side again it's not our mistake if they do maintenance which I didn't ask it's there fault now I feel they are scammer on my end to make more money that's why they do it may be they do it intentionally I don't know may be not but not my mistake is her mistake More
Best car experience I’ve ever had! I walked in not wanting to buy, only to test drive. I was dreading the typical “sales guy”. I was checking out all my options. He was laid back, his focus was on me and what I was looking for. He was funny and zero pressure. He answered every question I had. I never felt rushed or unimportant. He even had a guy go appraise my car, that was currently in the shop. I left and he did not harass me. I drove a few other cars at different places and they were great cars but the sales people I was dealing with were the typical “What can I do to get you in this today!?” type people. No one understood my needs like Jerry. His laid back yet professional personality won me from the start. He even shared his pizza dinner with me and my daughter when it was getting late and we were discussing costs and trade values. He ordered my car, found one early, and knew the car inside and out! It was a fun experience! Even when Ray and I were signing the papers I had fun! This place is full of amazing people, amazing personality and knowledge! I would 100% recommend West Edmonton Hyundai for any car needs! This is no regular back and fourth to get a good deal. I got what I wanted, for the cost I wanted, faster than I was quoted and now I’m proud to drive my 2018 Hyundai Kona. Thank you gentlemen! You all know your stuff! Don’t ever change! More

YES again! All of our concerns and service have been addressed without any hassles. So once I heard the 2019 Santa Fe style was changing (of which I don’t care for) I thought I should look into the possibility of getting a brand new 2018 with the existing style. So back to see Alan. We sat down with Alan and then Ocean. Actually with very little haggling we came up with a very good price on a loaded 2018 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate. Now that a good price was agreed upon it was up to Ocean to actually find us a vehicle in the color we wanted. There were not many 2018 out there! After a day and a half of searching they found us our vehicle. It had to come in from out of town. That was fine as we had to arrange our own financing, insurance and registration. It arrived two days later and we picked it up the next day. We quickly sat down with Ray in the finance department to finalize the papers and out to the vehicle. Alan went through all of the many features and options in the Ultimate. And off we went. The dealership and especially Alan were above professional. We even had a few laughs! It was actually a painless transaction. And one day in the future we will return there to check in on Alan for another purchase (if he hasn’t retired). More

However, banks are not huge fans for relieving approvals for these people (Like me). I had an approval for one particular car I was excited to invest in before I visited this West side Hyundai dealer. As I waited, and before the approval came from the BMW dealership I decided to go out and continue my search for another sedan. I walked down the side of the highway praying for hours while passing by each financial worker hiding in their dealership. It's not that they were, in any way, rude or judgmental when I had seen them the previous hour but none of them seemed to have the double edge talent it took to help me and prepare me for my future. West Edmonton Hyundai was the last stop, and I walked through the doors half cold. I was shown a car by a salesmen, and after we looked at everything I told him it was the car I wished I could have for Christmas. Then he ran the numbers by me... ….I didn't know what I was going to do once the BMW dealership told me they had obtained an approval for the vehicle I had once "longed for" except pray and hope I didn't have to take it. I asked Jesus Christ if I could have one last option, " A Chevrolet (2014) LT Holden Cruze?" Ray Tarrabain had been the answer to my prayers, and I hope I am able to thank him by the burden he saved me from, but I know that might not be possible. Mr. Tarrabain miraculously persuaded the Toronto Dominion banks and successfully prepared my seat for me in this sexy new car! I don't know how to explain the skill, bravery, and talent it surely took to convince Toronto Dominion. Heart is the only thing in which comes to mind. I asked and hoped pour le best de le best.
