To be honest, I was a difficult customer and Ray has not once lost his professionalism and courtesy. I went in to trade in my old Kia and was looking into a Toyota, but Ray informed me all the pros and cons without any hidden fees of several different brands. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but he went above and beyond by answering all of my questions and concerns. He was always quick in response and was very informative. He prioritized my selections and requests rather than pushing me to purchase a vehicle. I left with a brand new Kia Seltos 2021 and I have never been happier. Thank you Ray and the other staff team. Ken assisted us with a purchase of a new 2021 Kia Seltos EX Premium. He provided thorough information about the vehicle and the abundant technology but did not overwhelm my wife and I, leaving us time to ab EX Premium. Ken was friendly and extremely easy to work with, no pressure sales tactics at all. He worked hard to accomodate us on price and trade in value on our 20 year old Mazda Protege. He also values building a relationship with his clients and I foresee contacting him in the future if we have any questions at all. I would rate his service at 10/10. Kathy and Sandy were also easy to work with and fully explained all of the add on extras available to us, especially the extended warranty. They also took the time to explain the benefits of available financing but were very low pressure, leaving us adequate time to consider extras and come to our own decisions. I would rate their service as 10/10 as well. More

When is a deal not a deal? when dealing with Kia Canada. I had a deal in place in March 2020 for a new Telluride SXL, we negotiated a price(to be under the $55,000 threshold so I would not have to pay the e I had a deal in place in March 2020 for a new Telluride SXL, we negotiated a price(to be under the $55,000 threshold so I would not have to pay the extra 1% PST) and a finance rate of 2.49%, I gave a $500 deposit and ordered the vehicle. Then with Covid, production was halted, finally in August I was told the vehicle was being produced and would be here late August, however, there was a price increase of $700(supposedly) and the interest rate would now be 3.99%, as the new vehicle would be a 2021 not a 2020 as ordered. I argued that I had a deal in place but Kia West said that Kia Canada had made the change and their hands were tied. So I call Kia Canada to talk to the district sales manager for Western Canada but in talking to customer service she wouldn't give me their name or put me through to them, she then asked why I was calling, I explain I'm not happy about having a deal in place for a vehicle and then being told that Kia won't honor the deal made, she then gets a bit testy and says it has nothing to do with Kia Canada, it is between me and the dealer, I then tell her the dealer told me to call Kia Canada to explain my case and to try to get them to honor the original deal. She then gets very blunt and basically tells me to go pound sand and that I need to go back to the dealer and work out a deal, which I've tried but Kia West refuses to honor the original deal. I then call Kia West again now very unhappy they are not honoring the original deal. So I meet with the sales manager at the dealership, he starts to crunch numbers and lo and behold, the price increase wasn't $700, it was $1700!! xxx? and the financing is still 3.99%. Then because I negotiated floor mats and cargo cover to be included on the original deal, they were taken off the table to get the price down, even with all this xx, I would still be paying more for the vehicle, paying the extra 1% PST, and having to pay an extra 1.50% more in financing charges over the original 2.49% negotiated. Bottom line is this dealer did not go to bat for me their customer, they took Kia Canada's side and threw up their hands and said nothing we can do about it. So I took my deposit back and purchased their competitors Palisade, bottom line it was a $6000 price difference and I also got the 2021 Calligraphy model. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone after my experience dealing with them. More
