Everyone we encountered at West Coast Kia was sincere, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a bad experience at another Kia dealership which brought us to West Coast Kia and Troy Plexman. Troy spent a lot knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a bad experience at another Kia dealership which brought us to West Coast Kia and Troy Plexman. Troy spent a lot of time going over the vehicle that we wanted and laid out a fair assessment of the car against our needs. Troy was honest and direct, and made us feel comfortable and not at all pressured for a sale. When it came time to talk numbers, there was no game, no weird tactics (like other dealerships often do), just a straightforward conversation that gave us a lot of confidence that we picked the right place to purchase our next car. Troy even looked into our trade-in leased vehicle (from a different dealership) and gave us a detailed financial breakdown, which was something that other dealerships never bothered with. We signed the papers the same day and picked up the car off the lot the next. After care has been stellar as well; Troy has been available to answer our odd questions and requests over texts. He is incredibly helpful and affable and assured us that we can reach out whenever needed. Purchasing a car from West Coast Kia has been an amazingly pleasant experience that surpassed our expectations. More

I was moving from Toronto to BC, I saw my Jeep Patriot in Facebook at West Coast Kia, was the car and was looking, no accidents and low mileage. I contact the dealer and very fast Ken the sales consultant c Facebook at West Coast Kia, was the car and was looking, no accidents and low mileage. I contact the dealer and very fast Ken the sales consultant contact me and sent all information and the suggestions to put one deposit online to saved the car for 3 days, I did. Next day, Rocko the Manager contact me to doing al formal, I pay part with my Visa and them keep my car until my trip 15 days after all this. The pick up day, I was excelent treated, the manager Rocko received me, The Financial Manager Sandy resolved all littles financial problems , Ken the sales consultant give a ride to the bank, put my plates and a couple of gift as coffee thermo, key rings and the ICBC lady (don’t remember her name) did all my insurance procedure easy and give yo me some recommendations. The strawberry in this dessert was the 3 free months of Sirus and the gas tank was full!🤗 I had and excellent service from this West Cost Kia in Pitt Meadows from all personal!! My case didn’t was easy to do all by distance and online and all in this place help me to do the whole transaction perfect! I will recommend this dealer 100% many thanks this West coast Kia! First went into this dealership o May 23 and met with Ken Miscisco. Ken showed us the vehicle that we were interested in and made us feel comfortable with his dealership and their practices. He listened to Miscisco. Ken showed us the vehicle that we were interested in and made us feel comfortable with his dealership and their practices. He listened to what my wife wanted and worked with his Sales Manager, Daniel Cheliadin to meet her needs. We received a call from Daniel a few days later and the model and colour of the vehicle she wanted was found in BC. We organized a final test drive as soon as the car was prepped on May 30 and closed the deal with both Ken and Daniel that day. We brought in a 10 year old Acura with low mileage and were given a fair trade for that vehicle. We worked with Bharti Desai, the Business Manager to organize Paint and Fabric protection. She worked with their detailing group to make sure that the vehicle was ready as promised the next day (May 31). In all, this was the least stressful car buying expeirence that I've ever been through. I would highly recommend West Coast Kia as a dealership to buy a new vehicle from. More
