I am extremely impressed with West Coast Ford! I traded my 2017 F-150 for a 2022 F-150, and the experience from sales through service has been excellent. Ryan Hutson, Brent Williams, the reception staff, and Nathan Ricketts all listened to my needs, treated me with respect, and never made me feel pressured. When some repairs were needed, they took care of them and made it clear that they wanted the truck to be right and not give me any trouble going forward. That kind of commitment after the sale really impressed me. I’m delighted with my F-150 and equally pleased with the people behind it. West Coast Ford has earned my trust and my recommendation. More

There's a engine warning in the dashboard. I say it is concerning as it is the only car and I don't know how far I can keep driving. Requested a quick checkup. But... "there's nothing we can d I say it is concerning as it is the only car and I don't know how far I can keep driving. Requested a quick checkup. But... "there's nothing we can do until 21st". and when I insisted, "you can drop off if you want but we can't tell you when we can take a look, may have to leave it here for days...". Totally tone deaf and uncaring. I almost was going to plan on getting another new Ford. But no thanks! More

The sales team is amazing, Spence in particular! ! You have to go see him to make your experience of buying a vehicle that much more pleasant. The service team tries but the way the schedules and ! You have to go see him to make your experience of buying a vehicle that much more pleasant. The service team tries but the way the schedules and communications seem to turn out it leaves a lot to be desired. They definitely need to give that some attention from upper management. Had a service set up though sales that was an outside repairman to repair a seat and the expectation I had was knocked out of the park and then some. All in all don’t let the service department scare you it will get done, just plan ahead and make sure to communicate to them and keep following up if it needs further attention. Other than that these guys are pretty awesome. More
15 year old f150 that has been serviced from new at west coast ford. I paid extra at every oil change for an additive that offered a warranty against any lubricated parts for the life lof the vehicle. At coast ford. I paid extra at every oil change for an additive that offered a warranty against any lubricated parts for the life lof the vehicle. At 265000km the truck started making a knocking sound and had loss of power. I took it to the service department and told them based on the sound I thought it was the roller followers which is a common problem with the 5.4. Two hours later they called to say I could come pick it up. They handed me a quote saying it needs a new long block which is basically a new engine. They said it can’t be repaired. 25000 for a new engine. The warranty oil additive would cover 5000. I said I am sure its roller followers and can’t they pull the cover off and fix that under the warranty to see if it fixes it. They said no. The mechanic says it needs a new engine so that is the only repair that the warranty would cover. I took the truck to a local garage who agreed with me that it sounds like roller followers. They booked me in, repaired the roller followers and the truck now runs like new. I paid for this oil additive for 15 years so that if anything like this happens it would be fixed under warranty but when it came time to utilize the service this dealership screwed me out of the coverage and gave me no options other than going somewhere else to get it fixed and pay for what should have been covered. I will no longer be paying a premium to get my truck serviced here. I thought that if I used ford to service my truck that it would always be serviced properly and now I realize I should have just switched to a non dealership and not paid all this money for a warranty that once needed was deemed useless through wrong diagnosis. Stopped in there yesterday and had a service writer take a look at my totally rusted chrome front tow hooks on my 5000 kilometre F150, he told me its from gravel hitting them but I have never driven on grav a look at my totally rusted chrome front tow hooks on my 5000 kilometre F150, he told me its from gravel hitting them but I have never driven on gravel road or even driven it when there was road salt on the road, he told me Ford would consider it damage, because he blamed me and said its because I damaged them they have lost my business, was gonna buy a rear subwoofer and rear fender liners and have a service done since 5000km but I won't be going back. This company don't deserve a star when it comes to service. I took my truck for its first service maintenance and recall, I got an email confirmation that I am booked for 10:30 am. I arrived just afte service. I took my truck for its first service maintenance and recall, I got an email confirmation that I am booked for 10:30 am. I arrived just after 10 am to have the paperwork done and the person at the reception told me that it would take until 1 or 2 pm to complete the entire work. At 12:30 noon time, I noticed that my truck still had not been attended to. So I asked the person and he told me that I am booked at 11:30 am instead of 10:30. What a lame excuse. I told him to just do the oil change as I don't have the entire day to wait at their dealership. After doing the oil change my truck's fuel economy became worse. And the engine oil life is now down to 3800 km only compared to 8000 km when I got it. I will take my truck to get checked with another dealership that is more reliable and honest to deal with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE at West Coast Ford Lincoln. They have bad scheduling and I can't trust a business that can't deliver what they booked you for. I can't trust this company and will not go back to them again! More
For the most part, I have been happy with the Ford trucks that I have owned. What I can say is that the service department is an absolute disaster. In the many years of taking my trucks there, it is easier that I have owned. What I can say is that the service department is an absolute disaster.
