More

This company don't deserve a star when it comes to service. I took my truck for its first service maintenance and recall, I got an email confirmation that I am booked for 10:30 am. I arrived just after 10 am to have the paperwork done and the person at the reception told me that it would take until 1 or 2 pm to complete the entire work. At 12:30 noon time, I noticed that my truck still had not been attended to. So I asked the person and he told me that I am booked at 11:30 am instead of 10:30. What a lame excuse. I told him to just do the oil change as I don't have the entire day to wait at their dealership. After doing the oil change my truck's fuel economy became worse. And the engine oil life is now down to 3800 km only compared to 8000 km when I got it. I will take my truck to get checked with another dealership that is more reliable and honest to deal with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE at West Coast Ford Lincoln. They have bad scheduling and I can't trust a business that can't deliver what they booked you for. I can't trust this company and will not go back to them again! More

For the most part, I have been happy with the Ford trucks that I have owned. What I can say is that the service department is an absolute disaster. My 2018 Edge had a problem with the engine that was not fixable. Because the car is still under warranty, Ford replaced the engine block with a newly designed block.. (something to do with a bad design that caused head to leak coolant into the cylinders). West Coast Ford did the replacement of the engine perfectly and in a very timely manner. Many thanks to the West Coast service team and especially the mechanic John H who did an excellent job on the replacement. I could not be happier with the quality of his work. This is a great dealership to both buy and service your Ford products from. I would definitely buy another Ford or Lincoln product from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford product. More

Fast service. I expected them to have the vehicle for days, not hours and it was appreciated that the fix was just an update, rather than expensive parts changes.
