This is my second five star rating for West Coast Ford. My first was a few years ago when they helped me get out of a bind and squeezed me in to their busy schedule so i could make a trip i had planned. I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint me. The staff in service ( Anthony and Eric ) are professional, friendly and courteous. I had my timing chain replaced and they said they couldn't get it in till the week after but would try if there's a spot available. They had my truck fixed in 3 days and for a 13 hour job plus having to order parts that's fast. There's something to be said about bringing your vehicle to a reputable dealer and being able to trust them 100%. I can't thank them enough, I will absolutely bring my vehicle back the next time I need work done. More

THANK YOU FOR DOING THE HEAVY LIFTING AND GETTING US OUT OF A CRAPPY SITUATION FROM KEY WEST FORD!!!! The husband and I cannot thank Tessa, Laura, Lee Ann, the excellent cleaning crew! and Nolan (insurance) OF A CRAPPY SITUATION FROM KEY WEST FORD!!!! The husband and I cannot thank Tessa, Laura, Lee Ann, the excellent cleaning crew! and Nolan (insurance) for our experience with this dealership. Tessa set us an appointment, she went over all the details, paid our $500 hold deposit, got to test drive two vehicles and went home with hope in our hearts for our future family vehicle. Tessa phoned us the next day and notified us we test drove the wrong model, however her and her team worked with us to deliver on what we wanted. 1 week later, piles of messy paperwork (from Key West Ford 'in-house' lease) and a few other glitches they sorted out for us, we were on our way in our 2015 Ford Escape SE with navigation! =) Thank you to the team- we will be back to upgrade in 7 or so years, maybe a little while longer! Could not recommend them enough! More
