Dealing with Wendell Motors was an very positive experience. From the time we entered the lot until we picked up our new van we felt taken care of. We enjoyed dealing with every department from rece experience. From the time we entered the lot until we picked up our new van we felt taken care of. We enjoyed dealing with every department from reception, to sales, to finances. Our 2 year old daughter even loved the place with all the attention she received, including a balloon that she cherished and we never felt that she was not welcome in the store. We are now scheduled for our second oil change and have found the service department staff to be just as wonderful. We will certainly recommend Wendell to our family and friends, and when the time comes, we'll buy from Wendell again. More

The deciding factor for me to choose Wendell's was the letter Wes sent following my visit, thanking me for choosing Wendell's as one of the dealerships in my search for a car. My purchase got off to a rocky start when I ordered a limited availability colour that was no longer available by the time I ordered it, but Wes helped me with a my reorder and guaranteed my second colour choices would go through, and he didn't disappoint. As it turns out my second choice was the best choice I could have made. Things happen/don't happen for a reason. He even endured my hundred or so emails and did everything possible to make my delivery experience one I won't forget for some time. Wendell's as a whole is an awesome dealership, very warm and welcoming. On my second visit weeks after the first, everyone said hi and did you get your Challenger? (they remembered me enough to remember the car I wanted)? They make you feel like a somebody. More

When dealing at the Cambridge Dealership, Mike Blake was always very easy to work with, and I always felt my vehicles were well cared for, so I followed Mike to Wendell Motors. So far, whenever I have needed service for my vehicle, Mike has the patience to listen to what I say, and I feel confident that his experience and knowledge of Chrysler products, and his experience as a mechanic, guarantees my vehicle gets good treatment, and provides me with safe transportation. I have never been against paying a fair price for quality work, and at this point I feel that Wendell Motors has treated me well, and when I am ready for a new vehicle, I will surely shop at Wendell Motors. More
