I have been part of the Wendell's "family" for 9 years. Purchasing my last two vehicles ( 07 Dodge Nitro / 11 Grand Cherokee Limited ) thru Mark Scorfield; a man who honors his word and ensures hi 9 years. Recently and unfortunately my wife had someone colide with the Nitro. A new experience for us. However dealing with the Collision team at Wendells, made what we thought to be the equvalent of "pulling teeth " to a smooth transition. Excellent work ! Now who can ignore the wonderful service ladies Jeanine and Karen. It's like I'm running into old friends. Caring, curtious and definitely professional in all manners. Who likes going to the mechanic ? Going to this service center, is like going to meet old friends !! Finally we cannot forget Donna and the great courtesy car availability. My experience with this dealer and our salesman, Wes, has been excellent. He has been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Lastly, I enjoyed doing business with Wes, as a rule I absolutely hate dealing with car salespeople...... they are usually too pushy and putting the pressure on.... e.g. "We only have one left... you have to act NOW"...... OR "You only have until closing today to make up your mind"... "Or the deal is off if you don't act now, I have another client that is interested" etc.... etc.... My husband and myself were very pleased with the service we received when we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Wesley Grosz, the sales representive we dealt with was more than helpful and answer we received when we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Wesley Grosz, the sales representive we dealt with was more than helpful and answered all our questions and explained all aspects of the purchase of the vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our new Dodge Caravan he spent time in the vehicle with us showing us all the important features. The president of the dealership, Craig also introduced himself to us and gave us his business card and both him and Wesley said that there doors were always open if we had any problems. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend this dealership and our sales rep to anyone. More

Wes was very welcoming to my wife and I. He had the jeep we were interested in, in the shop clean and warm, ready for our test drive.
