This is the second car I have bought off of Wendell Motors and had mark as my salesperson. Mark took fantastic care of me as I am single and retired and had not bought a car by myself till now. I lov Motors and had mark as my salesperson. Mark took fantastic care of me as I am single and retired and had not bought a car by myself till now. I love the Chrysler 200. I have owned 2 other Chrysler Seebrings in the past. In fact I have bought all 3 now in the same color, red. I can not say enought about Mark and the Wendell dealership. They keep the same employees for a very long time and it is nice to be able to walk in 4 years later and the same people are still there. I will be dealling with Wendell's and Mark in the future. I will also be recommending this dealership and salesperson to my friends and family. Again it was a very pleasant experience. I can't say enough about this dealership and salesperson. More

In February my husband ordered a new 2011 Dodge Durango and traded in his 2004 Dodge Ram at Wendell Motors. We had the pleasure of dealing with sales consultant Wes Grosz. We were pleasantly suprised with the level of communication as Wes provided many updates as to the shipping/delivery status of the new Durango. we brought our 2007 dodge durrango in for warrentied body work in which we were quoted at it being in therer for 3 to 4 days it ended up being there for 2 weeks. they did provide a rental car for both weeken work in which we were quoted at it being in therer for 3 to 4 days it ended up being there for 2 weeks. they did provide a rental car for both weekends that they had the suv in the shop which didnt help getting to work for 2 weeks.... They also never once called to let me know how the job was going or what the hold up was, if i hadnt called in at least twice a week i wouldnt have had any idea what was going on with my vechical or when i could have expected it back. When it was finailly time to go pick it up i was happy to see that they had shamppooed the carpets and washed the it.. They walked me around the suv to show me the work they had done and i was just so happy to get my vechial back that i didnt and couldnt notice the damage that had been done to the suv because it was all wet from bering hosed down before thet brought it over to me. Once i got home i notice that there were scratches in the passenger side door that werent there when i drop it off to them also the windsheild was taken out to do some of the body work that needed to be done and i noticed what looked liked scratches in my windsheild from the wiper blade not being put back on properly. So after swearing for a few moments i called the body shop and talked to kevin to let him know my concerns and that my husband would be home the following monday and would bring it back to show him this damage. Which didnt go over to well at all he acussed us of lying saying that that the sratches could have happened anywhwere after we picked it up even though i told him about these scratches an hour after i picked it up.... also he denied and refused to take responsibilty for the scratches in my windsheild. He was also rude and showed bad customer service by telling us that we should have taken the suv to my brother inlaws shop who works for another crysler dealership.. and told us that we werent even customers of wendell motors. We brought the suv to this dealership because we heard they had a good body shop and also it was 5 minutes down the street from our home. I will never ever be a customer of this dealership ever agian and will never recommened them to anyone. Mr. Craig Hendry, Wendell Motors Service Team, I am Mr. Craig Hendry, Wendell Motors Service Team, I am writing you today to commend your staff for providing me (and my Jeep!) the greatest and most Mr. Craig Hendry, Wendell Motors Service Team, I am writing you today to commend your staff for providing me (and my Jeep!) the greatest and most courteous of service that I have seen by any business in quite some time. On Friday May 20th 2011, we brought my Wendell Motors purchased 4dr Jeep Wrangler into the service reception area at approx 4pm to see if we could schedule a service for an issue we were having with the vehicle. The service receptionist told us that she wasn’t sure if there were any mechanics still available to take a quick look at it due to it being so late in the day and it being the Friday before the Victoria Day long weekend. She returned quickly and said that there was one mechanic free and he could take a quick look at it to determine the problem. By the time I had returned from speaking to the parts department, Phil, the mechanic on duty, had already removed the wheels from my Jeep and was diligently working on the rear brake assembly. Phil not only diagnosed the problem as being a stuck emergency brake, but also continued to repair the problem while it was obvious that the rest of the shop was gearing down for the long weekend. We were in and out, repairs complete within 45 minutes!! In reading the FIVE STAR promise on Wendell’s website, this type of service we received proves again why Wendell Motors is a leader in the region. The customer service was great!! Wes went above and beyond; he answered every question we had and was helpful with all our needs. He always had time for us no mater our question or concern.
