wendell dealership was great. They helped me get my dream car, and with my family we got a wonderful car. I gave a 5 for customer service because Carlo did a great job with all the paperwork and getting the car, and with my family we got a wonderful car. The service, the price, everything about this experience for me was great! Our sales agent (Wes) was prompt to respond to questions, offered and delivered our car personally to our hometown almost 1-1/2 ho for me was great! Our sales agent (Wes) was prompt to respond to questions, offered and delivered our car personally to our hometown almost 1-1/2 hours away from the dealership and gave us an amazing price (best around). He was honest, up front and quite pleasant to deal with. This by far with the best large purhase sales experience that I have had to date. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular this sales rep to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler. More

He was very willing to take the time to explain things to us and answer all of our questions even if they were trivial. They certainly didn't seem trivial to us and Wes definitely understood that. I have already recommended Wes as a salesperson and I have also recommended Wendell Motors to our families and friends. Keep up the good work Wendells and I look forward to bringing my new van in for regular service because if the service department is anything like the salespeople then we certainly will be treated well. I come from Cambridge. I drive and pay the extra gas to the Kitchener location due to the awesome customer service i receive from Wendells. Karen has been always friendly and very detailed about the produc the Kitchener location due to the awesome customer service i receive from Wendells. Karen has been always friendly and very detailed about the products an services I inquired about. If she didn't know something about a product she would redirect me someone else. In my opinion i think that's great customer service. Now, i did go in for Warrantied service. Didn't cost me a dime which was great. But unfortunately I may need to come back for the same issue next week (we will see) My check engine light is on again for the same issue. We shall see what happens! Overall Very satisfied with the Service sector of Wendell's. Sales on the other hand: rude! More

Took our 2011 Dodge Durango in for its first oil change today. Was pleasantly greeted by both Karen and Jeannine. They were very interested in the new truck and took a closer look. The service was compl today. Was pleasantly greeted by both Karen and Jeannine. They were very interested in the new truck and took a closer look. The service was completed in the promised time complete with a checklist of all the work. The truck was even parked at the service bay door upon completion! Overall a hassle free experience. I was greeted as soon as I looked at a vehicle on the lot. Given lots of information ,with no pressure. The pricing was given with no sit down bargaining.
