This is my 6th Dodge vehicle and the 4th I have bought through Wendell's. This dealer is still just as friendly and courteous as the very first vehicle I bought from them. I had a wonderful experience in buying my new car. I was contacted several times by email after my first visit which kept me connected to the dealership. My only disappointment was that I was promised 3 fr contacted several times by email after my first visit which kept me connected to the dealership. My only disappointment was that I was promised 3 free and 2 half-price oil changes but after signing the deal I was informed that it was only up to $40.00 off an oil change and not free. This was disappointing since they broke their promise. More

I approached Mike Blake in the Service dept. regarding the possible purchase of a new vehicle and he personally helped to explain which vehicle I should consider purchasing and arranged for me to meet wit the possible purchase of a new vehicle and he personally helped to explain which vehicle I should consider purchasing and arranged for me to meet with one of your highly regarded sales people, Wes Grosz. Wes took me out for a test drive in a 2013 Chrysler 200 and took the time to show me the various features unique to that particular vehicle. I was very impressed with the service and attention I received. After making my decision to purchase the above vehicle I also appreciated the fact that I did not have to get my new license plates from Service Ontario, along with the paperwork associated with this. The new plates were put on and I was able to drive away from the dealership without having to do anything further. I believe that Wendell Motors went beyond the call of duty in assisting me with this purchase. I have now driven this vehicle for over a week and I just love it.
