This was my first visit to Wendell's and it was the first new vehicle I was looking to purchase. I am always told to go to Toronto to buy a vehicle to save money, but that's not supporting my city or t first new vehicle I was looking to purchase. And my comparison shopping only had a small difference in price (still a little cheaper in Toronto 500-1000 difference and it was for a lesser equipped model,) The hassle of that city and the extra driving and it doesn't keep my money local made me come to Wendell's and buy here! I have learned that Wendell's have great staff who really listen and help find me the vehicle I need! So continuing my experience, I had an old 2001 Dodge Durango, and I was looking at a Dodge Journey, my initial visit was a drive through looking at vans and journeys, it was nice to see all the vehicles with prices on them as well as the options. That may sound dumb but I was at a Chevy dealer in the area and there were no prices on them, I like to see what the cost is before I get to excited about a vehicle. So after that I took a stroll into the showroom, I looked around and was met by Carlo, he was very helpful, I told him what I was looking for, fuel economy, size, and what we usually do with it, ie camping hockey practices etc... So we looked at the CVP Journey with a small 2.4L engine,(my first option to see what they are like for fuel economy.) We took it for a good drive not just around the block either, onto the 401 too, It was nice, Carlo suggested that I look at the 3.6L engine for a better fit for my family and driving expectations as the smaller engine would not give me the power to haul the 3kids and my wife around with all the things we that they all bring for vacations. We did the same drive in the 3.6L Journey and it gave me a great comparison of what I would want and need. The 3.6l Journey handled a lot better and gave the extra power we will need for the big camping adventures we have planned! we looked over options and needs and wants and extras, and decided on a great vehicle with a great promotion going on which really sold me on the Journey I chosen. All the paperwork was completed and we met with Lisa Moore to go over the financing and warranty packages, she was very helpful, explained everything nicely and wasn't pushing all the options on to us like it was imperative we had them. We decided what we needed and she did the paperwork and had the answer for us the next day. We set up a time to pickup the vehicle and 2 days later on our pickup day Carlo met with us again to go over all the controls with the onboard computer system, showing me and my wife how to set everything up, a short time later, a brand new vehicle was sitting in my driveway! Overall it was a great experience at Wendell's and I will go back there again for my next vehicle! More

We bought our first Journey from Peter in 2008 and when it was time to upgrade, we went back to Wendell's "just for a look" and ended up purchasing a 2013 Dodge Journey. I absolutely loved my first Journey it was time to upgrade, we went back to Wendell's "just for a look" and ended up purchasing a 2013 Dodge Journey. I absolutely loved my first Journey and would highly recommend the vehicle. Although reluctant at first to purchase another because I was still enjoying my 2009 Journey, Peter was extremely positive in his review of the upgraded Journey. We had Peter's business card when we went back to the dealership and we were happy that he was still a member of the Wendell team. He took the time to talk to us about the new Journey and it was a "no brainer", we had to have 2013 Journey. He assured us that our new Journey would be at the dealership, in our colour choice and with a few additional features, within the week and he came through with his promise. We appreciate that he followed up with us just to make sure that we were happy and to let us know that he was available if we had any questions. More

On a boring day waiting for one of my car tires to get repaired I decided to test drive the newer model of charger for fun. After a ride around the block with Peter we talked mathematics. I was already prepared for a large amount and was ready to disagree but the offer peter came up with was hard to pass up. A couple days later and Me and my wife drove off with the 2012 dodge Charger RT and they took our old (5 years old) car for a great price with tax savings on the new one. Peter doesn't hide any math and tells you straight to the point what you need and what the payments will be after it's all done. I like the transparency and honesty at Wendell motors and I will definitely shop there again. Lee has helped us with issues in the past and exceeded expectations on service and in this new car deal gave us some great free car up keeping throughout the year. This is our second vehicle we purchased from Dave. Good overall experience. We actually weren't really contemplating purchasing a vehicle just yet but really liked the look of the Challenger so went in to overall experience. We received good value for our trade-in and a good overall price so ended up walking out a day or two later with our car. The only thing I would have like to see improved was we told them about a vibration in the car and they test drove it but didn't fix it before we left with the car. Now we have to set up a second appointment to get this fixed. Other than that, overall service was good. More

My daughter just purchased a vehicle from Wendell's and my wife and I were considering purchasing her trade in vehicle at the same time. We ultimately decided to buy a new Chrysler 200, but were very pleased with the professional way that Mark did not pressure us one way or the other. We have purchased over 10 vehicles over the years from Mark, and will continue to deal with Mark and Wendell's exclusively in the future. More
