Great Sales Team - Pleasure to deal with! I recently bought a brand new 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT from Robert Leuning (Sales Consultant) and also dealt with Ken Thibodeau (General Manager). Arrogant I will try and keep it short. Went there with my daughter, she had seen a car on the web and worked the payments out and they were a bit higher than I will try and keep it short. Went there with my daughter, she had seen a car on the web and worked the payments out and they were a bit higher than she wanted. I suggested she go there and make an offer. She did and was told that they couldn't do it. No counter offer just a lecture about what a great dealership they were and that they had four dealerships in the area they could draw on and their price was the best she could expect. Sales person explained he had been selling cars for over twenty years and that she would not get a better deal. I took the opportunity to tell him I had been buying them a lot longer than he had been selling and we left. We had been looking at a Journey Crossroad that was priced at 39,000. We went to a competitor in Guelph (Wellington Motors) and got a 2017 Journey GT for 33,397 with no BS and treated in a professional manner. Car had 37km on it but was sold at used car discount. Perhaps the sales person who has been selling for over twenty years has made so much money he does not need to deal any more. We won't even consider them for our next purchase. More

I have been getting my car serviced here because of the convenience of location. There was a legitimate concern I had with my car battery and a related part. I told the service representative that I would appreciate the time to speak to him. After time passes without hearing anything from him, I contacted FCA Canada and they had relayed the message to Wendell's service manager. I never gotten a call back. The lack of professionalism from the leadership here is terrible and will be enough to make me go to other dealerships for servicing. This is no reflection on front line staff who are great for the most part. More

Deception of the grandest kind. On March 23, I test drove a Dodge Ram 1500. After pricing it out, your salesrep suggested I come on Wednesday since you were having a sale. I was to On March 23, I test drove a Dodge Ram 1500. After pricing it out, your salesrep suggested I come on Wednesday since you were having a sale. I was told that a "Chrysler Rep" was going to be present and "he comes with the ability to make a better deal." I took the morning off work on the 25th. My wife and our infant daughter came to your "sale". This is where we met Gus, who introduced himself as " Gus, from Chrysler." That means that we were told twice, once from your rep and once from whoever Gus is, that Gus represented Chrysler. The "sale" price turned out to be $1664 MORE than when I priced it out on March 23. In frustration at my treatment in your dealership I contacted Chrysler Canada and was stunned to learn that Gus DID NOT represent Chrysler. Instead I learned that he is from a third party company. Complete dishonesty. Wouldn't trust them with my hard earned money at all. More
