His knowledge of the vehicle and explanations instilled a certain confidence in me and he made what normally would be a daunting decision an enjoyable one. Well where to begin. I previously wrote a review under journey2013 and I must change what I have to say about this dealer. I bought a vehicle and paid for an option that I guess does not come with my choi journey2013 and I must change what I have to say about this dealer. I bought a vehicle and paid for an option that I guess does not come with my choice of vehicle and I have been constantly told well you bought a base model like its a bad thing. took problem to sales manager because did not want to deal with salesman which got me handed off to the president on a phone call who then pretty much back his people up saying all I had bought was a base model and the option I paid for is there. He then proceeded to tell me I Had told his manager to f@#$ O@# when I left there. So needless to say customer service is rotten from the top down. The service department has a guy working who speaks to people like they are beneath him. The salesmen was so pushy he lost two sales to members of my family before this problem had come to light. So to say I won't be recommending this dealer to anyone is an understatement. If buying from this dealer remember the saying buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Making the decision I think was easy, but as everyone feels making this kind of purchase you want to make sure its a fit for you and your families needs.
