The receptionist, was very nice and always gave me a welcoming smile as I walked in ... The Sales manager, Greg Elliot was awesome!!! Jean Giles, was very friendly and assisted us to have the Jeep ready to "roll" with all the "bells and whistles" on the date we needed it. ***No pressure from any of the staff. A very calm and relaxing experience. I have told all my friends and co-workers about Wendell Motors, they are the BEST!!! :) More

I have enjoyed driving my 2010 Dodge Journey for 3 years now, however, I felt it was time for a bit of a change. I wanted to add some of the features that I did not previously have as well as incorporate s now, however, I felt it was time for a bit of a change. I wanted to add some of the features that I did not previously have as well as incorporate some of the great new features that the 2013 Journey offers. When I walked into Wendell Motors, I knew exactly what I wanted. Carlo Renon was patient, dedicated, provided numerous options and really listened to what it was that I wanted. With his help, he and Steve Richards were able to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted, and as luck would have it, the last one out there! I was thrilled to hear that they were able to locate and secure the vehicle for me, and have me driving away in it within less than one week. Carlo and Steve's hard work and positive attitudes made this a very easy and exciting transition. Lisa Moore, the Business Manager was very friendly, thoughtful and and thorough in providing me with all of the extended warranty information and completing the necessary paperwork. A pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend Carlo, Steve, Lisa (as well as Alex and Jeanine in the Service Department) to anyone! The Wendell's team truly cares about their customers and ensures that they leave their lot with a smile on their face. Thanks so much to all of you!!! More

It was a GREAT experience. My husband had some "ideas" of what he wanted in a truck; however, after some discussions with Mark, was more open to other options and is now VERY satisfied with the tr "ideas" of what he wanted in a truck; however, after some discussions with Mark, was more open to other options and is now VERY satisfied with the truck he has purchased. "Some" of the options he thought he wanted/needed, were not what he originally thought and definitely NOT things he needed now. It's nice to have a Salesperson talk-to-you and not just Sell-to-you.
