We decided to look around for a larger vehicle as we are expecting our third child in July 2014. On our first visit to the dealership, my husband and I went alone. I'm nervous of test driving new vehicles but since my husband forgot his license, I took a caravan for a test drive. Patrick came with us and let us know all the features the van offered. I think we were there for close to 2 hours talking with him about all the options from used vehicles to customizing the packages we liked in a new one. We left the dealership that evening with a positive impression. Patrick did not hound us as I'm experienced in the past. He called maybe a week later and invited us to a customer appreciation event if we were interested and he said if the time is right for us, the prices would be right that day. After checking out other vehicles, we couldn't find one that could accommodate 3 car seats and had ample storage room. We had agreed that the caravan was a good choice for us and my husband who is a mechanic and tired of fixing issues on older vehicles, decided we would buy new. We took our 2.5 year old twin daughters to the dealership on the customer appreciation night. We wanted to see how the car seats fit and immediately notice how much wider the vehicle was compared to our Hyundai Tuscon. Patrick was very patient as our children were anything but. The dealership had a nice selection of toys for our kids to keep entertained and Patrick gave them each a Hot Wheels car to play with and keep. Patrick also found us a Caravan that was brand new and had a lot of the features we had requested when customizing a vehicle. This one was $800 cheaper. We decided to purchase that evening. We drove our kids to their grandparents, grabbed a bite to eat and returned an hour later to sign the paperwork. The dealership was clean, the employees were friendly and I was impressed that I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. We're had the vehicle for just over a week now. I've only driven it twice but I feel really comfortable in it and am happy with the purchase. Thank you! More

I think Derek did a great job, He knows his vehicles.and he's quick to learn his customers needs and wants. Nothing more needs to be said regarding Derek's abilities. Peter Holenski went above and beyond to help me this past week. On July 2012 my husband suddenly passed away, a few months prior we purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan. As my lifestyle had changed, I wondered if there was any options available to me at this time as the van was too much for just one person in size and budget. As I walked into the dealership Feb 25th to discuss options (if any) , head down not feeling like luck was on my side, there stood Peter awaiting my arrival with such a huge warm smile. To my surprise Peter got me into a new 2013 Dart which is more suitable for my needs and budget. This was much more then I had ever expected, I assumed I could only afford a rusted out used car ... I never imagined Peter would do his 'magic' and get me into a new car that is affordable & worry free for at least 5yrs with full warranty !! Peter was very understanding, friendly, helpful. Words cannot express my sincere gratitude for Peter helping me out in this time of need when I truly felt there was no options available to me. Thank you again Peter ! You are an amazing dealer at Wendell, I will always have you in mind for future purchases. I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my 2012 jeep wrangler unlimited. I had attention right away when I arrived and was browsing the lot, which is uncommon at quite a few dealerships across the tri-c wrangler unlimited. I had attention right away when I arrived and was browsing the lot, which is uncommon at quite a few dealerships across the tri-cities. Peter was great, very friendly, and understanding. He got me out of my 2010 2 door wrangler and into the unlimited without any hassle. I was pleased to have Peter call me 2 days after I got the new jeep, just for him to ask how I was enjoying the vehicle. Overall great experience at wendells, I will be back again!! More

My wife and I went to Wendell Motors looking to possibly replace my older Rubicon. Mark came out to help us and was helpful answering my many questions. We left to take some time to think about what exactly replace my older Rubicon. Mark came out to help us and was helpful answering my many questions. We left to take some time to think about what exactly we wanted. We visited a few more Jeep places to see what they had, but none of them were as helpful as Mark, so we decided to go back to Wendell to make our purchase. Mark took the time to price out 3 different model options (Sport, Sahara, Rubicon), and even brought in one of the mechanics who does off-roading to answer some of my more obscure questions. I wasn't rushing into anything and Mark was patient with helping me make the best decision for me. I decided to stick with the Rubicon because it was the best choice for me. We're not hagglers so we were surprised and happy to get a few discounts. Mark was able to find my Jeep close by and we picked it up a few days later...which was lucky because the Rubicons are not common and I would have had to wait for it to be built. When we picked up the vehicle we met with the president of the company Craig who chatted with us for a while, another nice guy. Overall this was the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. I got a call from Dave about a sale they were having. He encouraged me to come in and see what they could do for me. I thought they wouldn't be able to offer me anything that would appeal to me since my 201 encouraged me to come in and see what they could do for me. I thought they wouldn't be able to offer me anything that would appeal to me since my 2010 Caravan had high mileage and it was worth less than my loan. Turns out they were able to offer a deal that put me in a brand new 2014 Caravan. I like Dave, he is knowledgeable and has a kind and gentle spirit. He did great to get me a deal that worked out for me. More
