We happened to drop into Wendells on a Saturday just to have a look. Did not know a big sales event was happening. Met a gentleman named Derek who stayed with us uniterupted the whole time we were there. H have a look. Did not know a big sales event was happening. Not once did Derek pressure or rush us into a decision. That was or choice of what we wanted to do including going elsewhere if we wanted. After a couple of test drives and looking at different vehicles we choice one that met up and above our needs but was well within in our budget. Thank for not rushing and spending the time with us to choose a vehicle. This has to be our best experience buying a car. I visited Wendell motors to buy a new vehicle after wrecking my Challenger in an accident. Not 2 mins after i got out of my rental to look at trucks Derek was out with a friendly smile and hello. It was absolutely important to me to get another vehicle fast because i was now paying for a rental and Derek absolutely did back flips for me to get me what i needed. He texted me on days off and when he was sick with the flu, arranged tests drives for me after the usual test driving hours. Derek even helped me with a huge problem i was having with GAP insurance by calling them to speed the process up and keeping on them. When Derek says your a part of his family it didn't feel like a gimick to sell you a car he genuinely helped me far more then he needed like family would. I whole heartily suggest buying from wendell and more so Derek, you will not be disappointed. More

Derek clearly made the effort to get to know us / remember us. We were really satisfied with the customer service we received from everyone at Wendell Motor. Even the Sales manager took time to answer some of our question. Derek was very patient with us, since I received from everyone at Wendell Motor. Even the Sales manager took time to answer some of our question. Derek was very patient with us, since It took us (me) a few test drives to make a decision. Also, he was really detailed in explaining every details about all the vehicles we were interested in. When we finally made our decision, he thoroughly went through everything we needed to know to leave well informed about our new Jeep Wrangler. We were also pleased to hear that you had a Service department in your facility, which we planned to use in the future. Derek even introduced us to the assistant manager on site. My experience dealing with David was a good experience he didn't try to put any pressure on me to buy the vehicle that I was looking at. After we had the vehicle home David was able to answer my questions o didn't try to put any pressure on me to buy the vehicle that I was looking at. After we had the vehicle home David was able to answer my questions on how some of the features worked in the van. He also did a very good job of going over the van when I picked it up. I would give Peter a 10/10. He initially called to say they wanted my used truck and why a new one was a good deal. He was informative without being pushy.
