I have recently took delivery of a FIAT 500 and it has been one of my best decisions I have ever made. Franco has been the perfect FIAT representative. People are stopping me at grocery stores, gas stations and even at the mall, so everyone can take a look at my FIAT. Thank you so much Wellington FIAT and Franco, keep up the great work. The sales person Michelle was very friendly and helpful. I found the Fiat rep also very helpful and friendly. The cars are more and more complicated and different from one to another (especially the elec I found the Fiat rep also very helpful and friendly. The cars are more and more complicated and different from one to another (especially the electronic interfaces), it would be good to spend more time with a new buyer or follow-up on features. We ordered 4 vehicles from Franco. We had to chase him to find out when the vehicles would arrive and even then we were not given an accurate arrival date. I assume that in this day, he could look online to see where the vehicles actually are?? He continually has made the comment about busy he is, which is fine but good customer service means you call your paying customers back when you say you are going to and do not leave them hanging. When I picked up my vehicle he continually referred to me as "my dear"?? How professional is that? In picking up my new vehicle he did not offer to show me ANYTHING as to how it worked etc.. The manager signed the required documents and did not come out to see how I felt about my new car, the process or anything. Customer service does not seem to be their strong point from the top down. More

This is our third vehicle that we bought from Ray Urysty at wellington Motors and as always the service was excellent. He went out of his way to make us feel at ease about our purchase. Dom was great in assisting us purchase the vehicle and taking our 2012 Fiat Sport as a trade for our new 2012 Fiat 500c. Upon receiving my newly factory ordered Ram 2500 series,I noticed the adjustable foot pedels that were ordered for my wife's driving comfort had been omitted. Sam Fairhall[General Manager] assured me that Wellington Motors would make it right. With a major effort that included both the Tech Support Services & Engineering Dept at the factory,the service dept under the guidance of Phil McIntyre & Eric Alberton & the excellent work of service tech Steve Prudnikowicz,the system was installed & is operating perfectly. I have found Wellington Motors to be an excellent company to deal with from both a sales and service perspective. Ted and |mike Woods have designed the dealership to be a friendly and informative place for to deal with from both a sales and service perspective. Ted and |mike Woods have designed the dealership to be a friendly and informative place for clients to come and see the latest in Chrysler technologies. Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products and aren't pushy. Karen O'Rourke is easy to deal with and very personable. She is passionate about the automotive industry. Service so far has been a breeze although it's only been 2 oil changes since I bought my Dodge Caravan new last fall. I would highly recommend Wellington Motors to my family and friends as a dealership that they can trust when looking for a vehicle. More
