The help i recieved from Franco Angelone and Brad Corbett was more then i could ask for. it was my first time in my life i ever went to a dealership to look at buying my first vehicle. i had no idea what to was more then i could ask for. it was my first time in my life i ever went to a dealership to look at buying my first vehicle. i had no idea what to expect or the questions to ask and both of them answered everything i needed to know. they were both very nice and trustworthy people that just wanted to help me out and make be able to get the truck i always wanted which was a success.if anybody is looking for good help in buying a new vehicle, franco and brad would be 2 good people to take you in the right direction. Right away we were met with genuine interest and professionalism. We never felt pressured or coerced in any way. I went to Wellington Motors to educate myself and my wife on Jeep Wranglers. We were doing our homework to see if this type of vehicle was right for our lifestyle and the purpose we needed it for. We met Dave Schnieider as we were looking at the vehicles on the lot and he began to explain the Wrangler, his experience with them and showed us his own ride (a Rubicon). He was extremely knowledgeable, understanding of our needs as he listens well and very carefully. He took the time to go through positives as well as the negatives of each model (very up front), he clearly explained each and the respective price structures. I was impressed with his knowledge patience and passion for the product. He suggested a range of vehicles that would have been satisfactory and then as we narrowed down the selection to what we saw as the right fit, and then he provided us with different purchase options without ever making us feel pressured. He definitely demonstrated that he was interested in making sure that a Wrangler was right for us, and then making sure that we would be looking at the right one for our needs. We selected Wellington because of the available selection, hoping that a dealer that had a reasonable inventory would provide us with superior customer service and knowledgeable support staff, we definitely were not disappointed! Earlier we had stopped by a dealer that is closer to home but were not impressed by the lack lustre enthusiasm of the associates, and apparently they didn’t even have any sales brochures to give us. I have purchased and leased many vehicles from dealers across Canada, foreign and domestic brands. I have had experiences that have ranged from very disappointing to excellent, from my past experiences I would rate Wellington Motors as among as one of the best dealers I have done business with. Even the after purchase the delivery was a great experience, after finalizing the purchase documentation we took the vehicle home and Dave came to the house to show all of the features of the vehicle, changed the hardtop to the soft top, set up our personal setting on the controls and more, just great service. And yes, we will go back again. Wellington has to be one of the best Jeep / Fiat / Chrysler dealers in in the Cambridge / Guelph / KW area. More
I bought my 2003 Sebring at Wellington Motors and had all my service done there. The people were always friendly. I really liked my car and had a really good experience with it. It never cost me anything until the last 6 months-I probably should have listened to my conscience and traded it b/4 investing in those last repairs. Michelle was extremely friendly, and Brad ( sales manager) was the one who sold me my Sebring. He continues to be a friend. I enjoyed watching Ted drive off in the trade-ins-something he apparently has been doing for years. PS It hailed the day I bought my car-Michelle brought it inside just b/4 the hail started-an auspicious beginning, I thought. Thank you for the Chrysler 200 which is a really well-appointed vehicle. My experience with Wellington Motors was quite good, they had a large inventory, prompt sales staff and follow up was great. I have been a customer with Wellington Motors for over 10 years having bought new vehicles through them and in turn following up with any warranty work and ongoing service requiremnts of my vehicles. I have always found the sales staff and in turn the service staff to be friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable on their products and any issues I might have. I often see the owner, Ted Woods and he like his staff is very friendly and aalways willing to say hello and chat with me as a person rthen as a customer. I value that type of relationship with my dealer. More
We wouldn't go anywhere else or deal with anyone but Dom to purchase our 2011 Dodge Durango R/T or our 2012 RAM 1500 Sport. He gave us the best trade in price we could get on our old 2001 Durango and the best purchase price with all the incentives he could. We recommended him to our family and friends and he as since sold my mother in law a new Jeep Compass and our friend a previously owned Dodge Caravan. He made the whole experience great! More
After building my optimal Jeep on the manufacturer website, I set myself to find it. My search led me to Wellington motors. When I called, I asked to be put through to someone in sales. He did the majority of the work over the phone, as it is a fair distance for me to travel to the dealership. They took care of the financing particulars, the vehicle particulars, and when everything was in order, it was just a matter of popping in to sign the paperwork. While I waited, they let me take a Jeep out for a jaunt, to get a feel for it. Franco took the time to explain everything, and even went the extra mile to match my hometown dealer's incentive program. He kept in touch constantly, letting me know how each step of the process was progressing, and was there waiting on the delivery date with the keys to my new vehicle. Afterwards, I was suprised to get a handwritten note from him via mail, just to thank me for my business, and letting me know that the Wellington Motors staff was always there to answer any questions I might have now or in the future. He has also sent an email, just to find out how well I like my new Jeep. I'm what you would consider 'old fashioned' when it comes to things like customer service. I believe that when someone walks into your business, you should be able to greet them by name when you shake their hand. I experienced just that level of service with Wellington, and I think I am safe to say that they have gained a customer for life. More
