One thing that we were really pleased with was the lack of "pressure" placed on us to buy a vehicle on the spot. This, for us, was what made the experience that much better. "Pushy" sales people tend to turn you off...and I applaud Ray for not being one of those "pushy guys". He answered all of our questions with ease and we felt very confident buying a vehicle from him.
