We were very pleased with the service we received at Wellington Motors, Guelph. The Dealership had numerous vehicles for us to test drive unlike other dealerships, Georgetown for one. Michelle Rowsell was wonderful to deal with, she went above and beyond to help us make a deal. Michelle answered our questions and did not hesitate to ask another sales rep if she was uncertain. Michelle promptly returned e mails, texts and phone calls making it easy for us to make a deal for our Fiat 500C. My only disappointment came when we arrived to pick up our new car and the detailing was not acceptable. Michelle had her manager and the service manager look at the car and within half an hour the car was ready to drive home. We would highly reccommend Wellington Motors and especially Michelle Rowswell. The Dealership was beautifully maintained and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Michelle was excellent to work with and we appreciate all her efforts on our behalf. Brad Corbett was extremely helpful when it came to the financial side of our deal and helped us to make wise choices that suited our needs. We will certainly be back! More

James was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to bring cars to me to show me and let me test drive. In my opinion he went above and beyond the call of duty. It's hard to find a sales person that to bring cars to me to show me and let me test drive. In my opinion he went above and beyond the call of duty. It's hard to find a sales person that you can trust now days, but James is a great person to deal with and I will definetly deal with him again and also will send new customers his way. He made sure to txt me and ask me how things were going with my new car and asked if everything was ok. He's a great guy to have on board your team and i will only deal with him. He's now THAT GUY. I came in to have my old vehicle (5000 km) serviced and while waitng I strolled through the new vehicle showrooom. I had bought my 2006 mini van there, had excellent service and no vehicle problems felt co while waitng I strolled through the new vehicle showrooom. I had bought my 2006 mini van there, had excellent service and no vehicle problems felt comfortable, ended up out doors looking at the used vehicles. I loved my mini van which was the last of the smaller ones and had my eye on the new cross-over(journey). I approached the service desk and enquire about the salesman I had bought the mini-van through and found out he had moved away and the lovely receptionist asked if someone else could help me. That is when I met Mike Sharp and he answered all my questions and showed me any of the vehicles that i was interested in and explained the difference according to the model. I met the sales manager when we were discussing my old vehicle trade in and then Mike filled me in on financing, so that is when I decide i'm now interested and would bring my wife back the next day and take one for a test drive. Test drove two beautiful vehicles and now own one ( my wifes choice colour) no regrets. Since I have had my new vehicle I have had congratulations from the service team looking forward to servicing and taking care of any concerns and also I have had a lot of admiration from friends and family. I have also had comunications with Mike and he has assured me that if I have any concerns to get a hold of him. This was my second dealing with Wellington Motors and probably not my last, Thankyou.
