Mike was never pushy and was always nothing but pleasant when we had any contact with him, this was much appreciated because there is nothing worse than dealing with pushy sales people. When we were sorting the finances out Brad took the time to explain the warranty as well as everything else very thoroughly again without being pushy, this made our decisions much easier. Brent was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional. What I liked most was that he listened to what we wanted and helped us get a new 2014 Grand Caravan with the features we wanted, along professional. As soon as I entered the dealership, Mike Sharpe was there to answer all my questions no matter what they were. He wasn't a pushy salesman and gave me the room to look at the 2 vehicles I was considerin there to answer all my questions no matter what they were. He explained the warranty in full detail, and the rust protection and gave us all the options with how much extra it would per payment. I rated our experience as very good overall. Marina made my birthday extra special by giving me a personal card and balloons on the day I picked up the car. She was great the whole experience.
