What I liked most was that he listened to what we wanted and helped us get a new 2014 Grand Caravan with the features we wanted, along professional. As soon as I entered the dealership, Mike Sharpe was there to answer all my questions no matter what they were. He wasn't a pushy salesman and gave me the room to look at the 2 vehicles I was considerin there to answer all my questions no matter what they were. He kept in touch over a few weeks while I was car shopping, and that stood out as great customer service. Brad Corbett was really informative when my husband and I came in for the financing part. He explained the warranty in full detail, and the rust protection and gave us all the options with how much extra it would per payment. I rated our experience as very good overall.
