Was I pleasantly surprised with my experience at Wellington. The offer for April on the Grand Caravan was a fit. Michelle is awesome. All the qualities you want in a CSR. I wish I had her energy. Brad was in the background, but his efficiency was evident in how quick his 'behind the scenes' stuff took place. Dealership itself is spotless. So, Wellington Motors has its act together, but, more importantly, what about the vehicle? After some research, a test drive and two weeks of ownership, I am completely happy and impressed with the van. I did enjoy 10 years of my Sienna and will always say good things about Guelph Toyota, but for me, affordability queued up the conversion. All the good things about Wellington was a bonus. More

Excellent service Our battery had died & been replaced with the suggestion we should take car to dealer as new battery was overcharging. After diagnostics, no problem Our battery had died & been replaced with the suggestion we should take car to dealer as new battery was overcharging. After diagnostics, no problem found. Next morning, dead battery, car towed to dealer. Next day they advised car ready for pick-up. We arrived, they went to drive car to us, dead battery. They were stumped. They advised they would consult with engineering & see what they could do. After more consults & false starts, the problem was resolved at no cost to us even though our warranty period had passed. Many kudos and thanks to Sam Razza and Phil McIntyre. They were helpful, informative and friendly throughout this painful process.
