I had a bad experience with a truck I had purchased & went in to see Wellington Motors where I was first introduced to Vannessa McGregor fleet manager at Wellington motors. I am not going to go into a rant about all the particular details involving the truck I had purchased because that would just take away from the A1 service I got from Vannessa & Andrew. Suffice it to say that I am the very proud owner of a 2016 Dodge Patriot jeep thanks to the compassion & an above 10 professional sales & finance team I got to know in Andrew & Vannessa. I want Wellington Motors to know that these two professionals are the reason that you have my business for now and ever after. My experience with your dealership & especially these two particular individuals has renewed my faith in the sales experience. To Vannessa & Andrew Thank you for everything. But I just found a business card and so i I'm writing this review well over a year after purchasing our vehicle only because I lost sight of doing it. But I just found a business card and so it triggered my memory. My husband and I bought a Dodge Caravan thru Marina and found her to be an excellent person to deal with on all counts. Prior to actually meeting with her we exchanged several emails and her replies were always very prompt, friendly and informative. I often even received replies well after business hours. When we did meet with her in person we found her to be a very pleasant person. She helped us with any questions we had and worked smoothly thru finalizing our deal. It was all a very easy and pleasant experience. Wellington Motors is a decent enough dealership but I can't really attest to it being any better or worse than other dealerships not having dealt with too many in the past. Bu I can say from a personal standpoint that Marina was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase from Wellington. More
