Professional, friendly and personable. Mike was recommended to me by one of my regulars at my work after my accident (rear ended by an SUV). Mike went out of his way to find the exact van to fit my needs and budget, especially considering there were only 2 around that fit my needs. He also went above and and beyond when my rental was due back 2 days before my new van would be ready. Up one finding this out, Mike spoke to his boss and withing 10 minutes, had it arranged that they would pay the extra two days to make sure I wasn't without a vehicle. Great service, they do their best to make sure you get exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend, this dealership and Mike. Also, when trying to get the financing, Brad worked with me and was able to find great financing without pushing any extra costs, while still letting me know, that I could add it later, without trying to force it on me.
