We referred a family member and they treated him great as well. Always willing to listen to the clients needs and wishes and work hard to find a vehicle that fits those needs. Sales people... wonderful! Service department... outstanding! The staff at Wellington Motors know the vehicles and can help you find the right fit. Marina Cal really worked hard to find us the right truck with the features that were important to us. She was always prompt at responding, friendly, personable and treated us like she really valued our business. More

He never once made me feel as though the questions I was asking were either unnecessary or silly. He worked with financing companies to get me the very best rates and exceeded my expectations for the type of vehicle I would be approved to purchase. During our interactions, Andrew was always making sure I felt confident of what I was deciding upon, never putting any pressure on me to move to the next stage until I was ready. It is so comforting to know that someone had my best interests at heart when purchasing a new-to-me used vehicle. I am confident that I will be back to Wellington Motors in the future! More

Bad lease experience We recently took advantage of a "too good to be true" 2-yr lease deal offered for the Dodge Ram. Wellington changed the deal just before we were to p We recently took advantage of a "too good to be true" 2-yr lease deal offered for the Dodge Ram. Wellington changed the deal just before we were to pick up our vehicle. We were not willing to sign the new deal because of changes to the wording and terms that we were not comfortable with. Dave Fozard finally agreed that they would honour the original deal but kept telling us that it would be "painful" but the dealership would "bite the bullet"-things a customer doesn't need or want to hear especially if the situation is not their doing. Basically: 1. Wellington tried to change the deal; 2. Dave Fozard tried to make us feel THEY were doing US a favour by honouring the original deal; 3. Although Karen Fozard was great with the original paperwork she ignored our messages for the final paperwork so we could read prior to pick-up; 4. Wellington staff were overheard complaining about what a pain we were. Apparently it's not expected that the customer will read before signing or expect the dealership to honour a deal as the dealership would expect the customer to honour their end. More
