Going into things, we'd had a budget in mind, and minimum 6 passenger seating requirement. We knew that we were interested in a Caravan, but weren't so sure about which model or equipment that would fit into our budget. Marina was quick to offer her assistance and expertise. She was very friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process (as was the rest of the team at Wellington Motors). We had agreed to meet a few days after our initial discussion. Upon meeting, it was apparent that Marina had done her homework. Taking our budget into consideration, Marina was prepared to show us 4 vehicles that suited our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment each vehicle carried, and before we knew it we were taking one out for a spin. Karen Fozard, the business manager, and Marina were completely transparent about the price and additional options and changes. There were no unwelcome surprises (as there often tends to be with other dealerships...). All in all we are extremely satisfied with the process of purchasing our new vehicle. More

If I had a sixth star I'd give her that one too! We have been looking a long time. Partly because we knew just what we needed and partly because we had a very strict budget. We first contacted Sam 2 months before we actually ended up buying a car through her. She was not able to find what we were looking for at the time but you could tell how much she wanted to help! In then end she had what we needed. But when our financing proved to be a challenge we thought it wasn't going to work. I told her it was ok we would just keep looking or just wait until we could swing what the banks were willing to do. But knowing how badly we needed that car she didn't give up! She called me back with a solution and we got our car that weekend. She was even amazing when we went to pick up our car and sign all the paper work even with our three small children in tow! Sam is simply amazing! Sam we can't thank you and wellington motors enough!!! Plus the service guys got the car all ready for us even though it was a scramble to have it done so quick!
