overcharged and work not completed I just picked up my 2009 Patriot and discovered that work I was billed for was not completed. They did not even replace my burnt out turn signal and on their peace of mind inspection, everything was green, yet they did not do the road test (my odometer was only 1 km more than when I brought it in). They also quoted me a price of $1700 for the work done, yet the bill was well over $2100. The person at the desk was more interested in talking to the guys in the next area than taking my payment as well. Overall the whole experience other than my service writer Marcus sucked. I was also told by a gentleman that over heard the whole thing that the exact same thing happened to him on the same repair, a $400 difference in quote and actual. I would not recommend going here for any reason. By the way, I gave 1 star for quality of work and price only because I could not give a 0. More
