We have also dealt with other service personnel, who was equally helpful and understanding. It's quite rare to find a dealership that I feel comfortable and confident in! The only issue would be some of the pricing, but this is just like any dealership service centre. They could be more competitive for "consumable maintenance" as well as lose the stupid shop supply line on bills -- Perhaps I should charge a fee for using my time to go to their dealership to let them perform the service. More
