Poor Customer Service Had an issue with a 2014 Ram that died completely while driving. Roadside Assistance suggested I to w it to Waverley Dodge as it was the closest deale Had an issue with a 2014 Ram that died completely while driving. Roadside Assistance suggested I to w it to Waverley Dodge as it was the closest dealer and all service could be done there. Once there they ran a code reader on it and couldn't fully diagnose the problem. They suggested it could be related to a remote start module installed in the vehicle at original dealer but to investigate further they would charge me for the labour. I called my original dealer and they said they would look at the truck and figure it out. Told Waverley to not proceed with service. When I picked up the truck they gave me a $160 bill for the code read and a no diagnosis. They suggested I have my original dealer cover their bill. It seems my biggest problem was having it towed there in the first place. Terrible customer service More
