I had a very disappointing experience at Waterloo Honda. Took my Odyssey in for a service and to fix a rear entertainment issue. Additionally, they showed clear bias because I purchased my vehicle from another dealership. Overall, the service was inefficient and overpriced. I won't be returning to this dealership. More

Additionally, the absence of customary presentation gestures, such as a bow or ribbon during the delivery, contributed to an underwhelming experience akin to receiving a pre-owned vehicle. Moreover, during the signing of documents, there was a lack of adequate explanation regarding their contents, leaving me with uncertainties regarding the transaction. More
