rip off! Misguiding people I called them to set up an appointment to see my car making noise while driving highway. They said they will do the drive test and set up an appointment based on the problem with car and I can go any time for it when they are open. I told them to leave my car with them so that they can check it. But they said no, I do not need to leave my car with them. When I went there, it is totally different story and they said that they do not do that without appointment. They said I need to leave my car and they do not have arrangement to drop me home. Every people has value of time. They are wasting customer's time by misguiding. More

My ten year old civic ac was not working recently, went to this dealer that prescribed a long list of repair,which didn't fix the compressor problem. It consists of $2714 for bodyshop work, $980 for rad sets. Then will come to real compressor repair about $1500. What's BS!! I went to a repair shop in Kitchener and fixed it by $ 1340. When I challenged the dealer, they told me they don't want to run risk to broke other parts than compressor. Who knows car better than dealer ? At least, I won't go to this dealer any more. More
