Sales person was very sleazy. Would repeatedly agree on something and then remove it from the deal without telling us. After 2 hours haggling with the guy, we put down a deposit a Would repeatedly agree on something and then remove it from the deal without telling us. After 2 hours haggling with the guy, we put down a deposit and almost signed a deal, until my wife noticed that the price on the contract was over $1000 higher than we had agreed on. The sales person first tried to convince her it was actually the same amount. When he realized that wasn't going to work he just kept saying "It's only a little bit higher, but at the end of the day you're still getting a beautiful car". When that didn't work he told us that actually his manager had made a mistake about the value of our trade-in and that's why it was higher. We said forget it and wanted our money from the deposit back. The sales person told us to wait, left for 10 minutes, came back with some guy who said he was the manager. The manager told us some xxxxxxxx story about how he was at his brothers wedding and that's why he made the mistake on the price. Still wouldn't give us the original agreed upon price, so not sure why they thought having a second person tell us the same lie was going to convince us. We got our deposit back and left. Will never step foot in that place again. More

We ordered vehicle and lady at the . .... desk was so obnoxious; she was forcing us to buy extras but when we refused, she became very angry. We brought this matter to the management and never heard anything from them. I have told friend salesman at another dealership (I didn't know he was their). He told us that he would not interfere with another dealer's sale but he suggested to cancel the order if you are not happy with the dealership. Our salesman at that dealership seems to be gentleman and honest but he couldn't change the behavior of the management. We are, not mad, but ...... by the behavior of the dealership management. I don't know if I should give them 0 or 5 stars. Is there anything below Zero! More

This is for Service department ,From last 2 years they have very very bad service even they don't understand the problem and very bad attitude. we can Listen them but they don't ,they don't know how to have very very bad service even they don't understand the problem and very bad attitude. we can Listen them but they don't ,they don't know how to talk costumer .
